Account Manager

Job description

Support the Sales and Business Development Team through effective management of CTK’s customer accounts as well as identification and qualification of prospects. The Account Manager will communicate directly with accounts to ensure a high level of satisfaction and to identify and implement regular activities that will drive growth and retention of accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support for activities related to the development of new business
  • Directly interact with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, growth and implementation of company objectives
  • Organize market feedback including customer inquiries, feedback, competitor data, etc.
  • Process documents for new business registration
  • Communication and planning with international customer service and production team
  • Trade show participation and follow-up
  • Prospect collection via web search, trade show follow up, etc.

IVD experience preferred. Bachelor or Master of Biomedical Science preferred.  Bilingual and/or international experience preferred.

Computer Skills:                                                      

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Power Point, and Word. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus

Other Skills and Abilities :                                                   

  • Familiarity with foreign languages and cultures a plus
  • Ability to persuasively convey detailed information in English orally and in writing
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx.
  • Moving to new facility at Poway soon.
