Accountant/Experienced Bookkeeper

Job description

Experienced bookkeeper with a strong working knowledge of Quickbooks. This is a full-time position.

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, in either verbal or written form.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Accounts payable; accounts receivable
  • Closing and reconciliation
  • Journal entries
  • Financial reports
  • Budgeting
  • Cost accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance or related field
  • 3- 7 years accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Experience with companies with international structure preferred
  • Quickbooks required; Quickbooks Online preferred
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Analytic and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx.
  • Moving to new facility at Poway soon.
