CTK and Employee Safety!

CTK’s vision is to provide quick and accurate solutions for every possible clinical scenario, and we continued to deliver on that mission with the development of our Aridia COVID-19 PCR kit for confirmation and our COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test for screening. This would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our employees. With our same level of product development commitment, CTK wanted to ensure that we were doing everything we could to protect the health of our employees while still being able to deliver quality products to our customers.  CTK has gone remote, but given the nature of the work we do here, we realized that some of our employees wouldn’t be able to keep innovating without being on site.

To protect our employees who needed to be on site, we implemented the following guidelines:

  • Daily morning temperature checks
  • Sanitization of work stations
  • Hand sanitizing stations throughout the office
  • Rearranging of conference and lunchrooms to allow for social distancing
  • Requiring face masks and providing them if forgotten
  • Bi-weekly testing

These guidelines will keep being improved on as we learn more and/or the CDC releases new guidelines. Employee safety has always been our number priority and it will continue to be.
