Assistant Project Manager

• Be a key contributor to the development of immunodiagnostic or PCR products, coordinating with R&D, QA/RA, Marketing, Manufacturing and Operations departments.
• Manage design review, management review meetings and risk management activities
• Assist in generation of 510K, CE or country specific technical files supporting product registrations where applicable
• Maintain and track research and development databases and design projects
• Acquire standards, clinical specimens and competitor products
• Assist in generation of experiment protocols, data analysis and reports
• Maintain post market feedback, include, but not limited to, collecting literature, evaluation study, customer inquiries and feedback into database, compiling such information for senior management to review and facilitate actions.
• Monitor competitor products and R&D activities as well industry trends, through participation in conferences and visits of customers and end-users
• Provide remote or onsite support to sales, doctors, distributors and end users
• Other duties as may be assigned

• Bachelors’ degree in Biomedical Sciences, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in infectious disease, biomarker, microbiology or immunoassays.
• IVD industry experience is a plus.

Computer Skills:                                              

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong literature search and analytic skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Familiarity with foreign languages and cultures
• Ability to convey detailed information in English orally and in writing
• Excellent technical writing skill
• Ability to multi-task
