International Sales Executive

Our International Sales Executives are responsible for the sales of CTK’s clinical diagnostics portfolio within a defined territory. They maintain effective customer relations, develop opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assure market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.

  • Identify, select, and develop distributors qualified to successfully represent CTK Products
  • Collaborate with distributors to develop new businesses and/or to expand existing businesses within the assigned region
  • Conduct product training for end users and distributors
  • Representation of CTK Products at International Tradeshows
  • Assess the opportunities within each market and propose strategies for success
  • Develop account relationships that involve cooperation and regular communication
  • Manage distributor quotas and purchase levels to ensure target achievement
  • Other duties as may be assigned
  • 3-6 years of experience in IVD, B2B sales or Channel Management experience
  • Experience and knowledge in medical device industry, clinical laboratory and or life science practices
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a related feild
  • International experience
  • Multilingual is a plus
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and all Office applications
