Our International Sales Executives are responsible for the sales of CTK’s clinical diagnostics portfolio within a defined territory. They maintain effective customer relations, develop opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assure market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.
International Sales Executive
- Identify, select, and develop distributors qualified to successfully represent CTK Products
- Collaborate with distributors to develop new businesses and/or to expand existing businesses within the assigned region
- Conduct product training for end users and distributors
- Representation of CTK Products at International Tradeshows
- Assess the opportunities within each market and propose strategies for success
- Develop account relationships that involve cooperation and regular communication
- Manage distributor quotas and purchase levels to ensure target achievement
- Other duties as may be assigned
- 3-6 years of experience in IVD, B2B sales or Channel Management experience
- Experience and knowledge in medical device industry, clinical laboratory and or life science practices
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a related feild
- International experience
- Multilingual is a plus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and all Office applications
