Order Processing & Logistic Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders and operations logistics.

• Receive customer orders and ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate
• Verify and enter customer orders into the order management system (Sage)
• Review orders for any special instructions or requirements and communicate with customers as needed
• Coordinate with other departments (domestic and international) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor the status of all orders and update customers as necessary
• Resolve any order-related issues or customer complaints in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Generate invoices and shipping documents
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all order transactions
• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
• Facilitate customs brokerage interaction and documentation requirement
• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
• Receives products and coordinates delivery
• Responsible for high-quality standards throughout the order process
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Continually reviews freight costs and transportation rates to keep costs down where possible
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes Requirements Order Entry, Purchase Orders, Order Fulfillment, domestic and International Shipping
• This position will be 100% on-site

• 2-3 years of customer service, logistics, and purchasing experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience with Sage or a similar system for order processing is required.
• Experience in international shipping and logistics is a major plus
• Fluency in Mandarin is a major plus
• Interest in supporting improved global health.
• Appreciation of high-quality standards and following processes and procedures specific to company requirements vary depending on the country products are shipped.
